Hot 26 – Classic hot yoga with 26 postures to strengthen, stretch, and detoxify.
Hot 26 Flow – The traditional Hot 26 sequence with smooth, flowing transitions for a more dynamic practice.
Hot Core Flow – Heated flow focusing on your core, building strength, stability, and endurance.
Power Flow – Energizing vinyasa-style movement that boosts strength, flexibility, and stamina.
Power Yoga Sculpt – Power yoga fused with weights for a total-body sculpting experience.
Hip Hop Flow & Sculpt – High-energy hip hop beats guide flowing movements and strength exercises for a fun, dynamic workout.
Vinyasa – Breath-synced postures that build strength, balance, and fluid movement.
Flow – Gentle to moderate flow emphasizing mindfulness, mobility, and connection to breath.
FLEX – Strength-focused class with functional movements to build muscle, stability, and overall fitness.
RAM & More – Total-body conditioning with resistance, agility, and mobility exercises.
Just Weights – Free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to tone and strengthen.
